Flat / Rapier Weaving Reeds
Specifically smoothed and hardened steel dent structure engineered for high-speed and precision rapier weaving looms. Featuring a surface finish that ensures low yarn friction to prevent fabric defects, it delivers maximum yarn protection using high-grade AISI 430, AISI 420, or C55 reed dents.
Narrow Fabric Weaving Reeds
Specifically smoothed and hardened stainless steel dent structure engineered for the production of ribbons, labels, elastic tapes, hook-and-loop fasteners, safety belts, and medical textiles. With its low-friction surface finish, it prevents yarn breakage and delivers flawless weaving quality with maximum yarn protection even at high loom speeds.
Air-Jet Weaving Reeds
Delivers maximum weft insertion performance with minimum air consumption thanks to its airflow-optimized channel geometry and conical entry surface design. Featuring specialized alloy profile construction, AISI 420 or AISI 301 grade reed dents, precise profile angles, and optionally applicable DLC coating technology, it provides superior energy efficiency and maximum yarn protection at high operating speeds.
Water-Jet Weaving Reeds
Manufactured from top-grade AISI 301 stainless steel material providing maximum corrosion resistance against moisture and water contact. Thanks to DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) coating technology applied to the entry surfaces, it minimizes friction to guarantee uninterrupted operation and an extended service life in synthetic and filament yarn weaving.
Double Reeds for Terry & Woolen Fabrics
Specially designed for terry and woolen fabric production. Thanks to our in-house developed high-precision machinery, the axial alignment of the front and rear dents is achieved within a tolerance of 0.05 mm, delivering flawless weaving performance and maximum yarn protection even under the most demanding weaving conditions.
Expandable / Warping Reeds
Designed for safe and reliable operation in sizing and warping machinery. Featuring a dent structure rendered highly wear-resistant through hard chrome plating technology, its specially designed accordion mechanism delivers smooth, long-term operation and flawless yarn alignment even under the most challenging working conditions.
Leasing Reeds / Crossing Reeds
Designed to significantly reduce leasing time in warping machinery. Available with cylindrical or flat dent options and made highly wear-resistant through hard chrome plating technology, the system is custom-manufactured to desired dimensions, delivering long-lasting and flawless operational performance.
V-Reeds & Front Reeds
Ensures warp yarns remain evenly distributed and properly spaced at the set width and ideal tension. Available in width-adjustable flat or V-reed configurations and rendered highly wear-resistant through hard chrome plating technology, the system delivers flawless yarn alignment and an extended operational lifespan even at high operating speeds.
Circular Loom / Sack Weaving Reeds
Specially designed for circular looms and woven sack production. Thanks to high precision and a smoothed profile on the shuttle contact surface, it minimizes yarn friction and prevents breakage. Available in both custom refurbishment and new manufacturing options, it delivers maximum operational efficiency and long service life.
Müjet Air Channels
Next-generation un-coated reeds with flexible dents and air channels specifically engineered for Müjet label weaving looms. Featuring a smooth surface structure that eliminates yarn wear and pressure-controlled air channels, it delivers maximum yarn protection, superior energy efficiency, and uninterrupted weaving performance even at high speeds.
